12th quilt that I made just for me...

I love these fabrics... Return to Romance from Maywood Studios. I purchesed this kit at The Crazy Quilter in Deary, Idaho. This quilt is sandwiched with Bamboo batting and was machine quilted by me using pantographs and Aurifil thread. I entered this quilt in the NPC Fair in 2009 and received a third place ribbon for my machine quilting.

11th Quilt

Here are more blocks that I received when I went to the open house at Emerald Garden December 2008. I also purchased the border fabrics at Emerald Garden. This quilt is for my daughter and is not yet machine quilted as of January 2010. This wall hanging will be sandwiched with Warm and Natural batting and machine quilted on my Pfaff shortarm quilting machine.

10th Quilt

I got the fabric center blocks at Emeral Garden December 2008 when I went with my sister in law to their winter open house and sale. I was a new quilter at the time and did not know what to do with these blocks at first. After much thought I decided to do the same pattern as my other heart quilt. The border plad fabric I found at Jo-Anns after I finished the center 9 blocks. This quilt is for my son Kevin. I machine quilted this on my domestic sewing machine. I used Soft and Bright batting. I entered this quilt in the NPC Fair in 2009 where I received a second place ribbon.

I think these are my 8th and 9th quilts

My sister in law had this pattern by Pat Sloan and I fell in love with it so I had to make it. I made 2 with the flowers opposite of each other. The fabric is from Emerald Gardens in Lewiston. One of these is completed and was entered in the NPC Fair in 2009 where I received a first place ribbon. Used Warm and Natural batting.
